Server Folders (Horizontal)
It'd be pretty cool to have an option in appearance settings to allow changing the folders to pop-out horizontally rather than vertically. As some people could prefer it more than them opening vertically.

How do I get rid of these awful folders?
I simply tried to reorder my server list on the left, and now it's all fouled up.
The folders just intruded, and there's no way to remove them.

Just drag and drop again out of the folder. When you drag a server icon, you can see where will it be drooped.1 -

I'd tried that before posting here, but it kept spawning new folders, and wouldn't let me drag a server out of a folder. Eventually I managed to eliminate them, but the interface was awkward and very finicky about it. I was using a basic Samsung Android phone at the time. Maybe a prompt or something else would work better. Thank you.

I agree that the vertical structure is absolutely horrible.
Please either make it horizontally, or you know, just like a good old folder on a phone home screen - 4x3 or 5x4.

Yeah, I definitely agree with this. The current system honestly feels awkward to use and a bit clunky, as part of the point of server folders in the first place was to save vertical space and keep your server list tidy. Having them open up horizontally while keeping the order intact would make it more appealing to me, and having the folders expand home screen style seems like a fine option too for larger folders and particularly mobile.
