Mute user notifications

There are people that I don't want to block, but talk a lot. I'd like the option to mute the notifications from specific users, since often times they talk a lot and they talk in a lot of channels. Again, these aren't people I want to block, since it's just as annoying to have blocked messages that I have to click to read on the screen. I want to supress notifications from them.

    They have added this. You can now right click a person -> mute <name>. Be warned, however, it falls on your to check their messages. You will not:

    - receive pop-ups
    - get any indicators of unread messages

    They will bump up to the top of your recent messages list though.

    God, I wish they had this but for servers. I know someone who doesn't turn off reply pings at all, so I'll be looking away for a moment while busy. Then suddenly in the server we're both in, I have four separate pings, all in different channels, ALL from the same person.
