Better quick switch results

The quick switch is kinda messy imo, here are some suggestions I have about it:

1) Last channel also displays several last channels, not just 1. It's annoying to always need to search for a channel when you are switching between 3 or more channels and the suggested channels are mostly completely unrelated

2) When searching for @User, display the last 5 chats you were on, I mostly get suggested Users that I never DMed once.
