Screenshot comments

In servers with screenshot text-channels, it can be difficult to view screenshots due to discussions and if server owner/admin disables texting in screenshot channel, it will be difficult for people to discuss it in another text-channel. Therefore if being able to comment/discuss on a picture by pressing it and view other comments/discussions this problem will be resolved. Hope this idea will give some inspiration for a new feature.
