Warning when you're too loud

It would be really useful to all of us insanely loud people to have a little warning tone like when you activate push to talk when you go too loud, so you don't annoy parents or housemates, or sometimes if it's just late at night. 

I think this could be a really good feature that a lot of people would use but I haven't seen any posts about it so 

"Fine I'll do it myself."
