Can Discord Do This?

I would like to be able to set up a channel that would immediately identify a specific player to a specific game. In other words, rather than scroll through all the members of main Discord channel to view it they are playing say, "Star Citizen" for example, could it not populate a specific named channel that one could immediately see who in my discord channel is actively playing. Obviously, when they stop playing they would automatically be removed as playing. No?
