Server Members / Friends Tabs | voice channel text chat tab.

Add a tab to the top of the server members list that shows online friends so I don't have to completely tab off my server to start a conversation. Also, adding a tab on the text chat window to quickly swap between voice channel text and a general tab without having to create individual tabs for each voice channel.
