Quick Time Command Suggestion

I think it would be a great feature (and fairly simple to implement I hope) to be able to have some sort of in line command where you could submit a time, and have it convert to other users' time. For example: Jim (PDT): Hey guys, game night is at [7 PM] don't be late! would show up to Carl (EDT) as: "Jim: Hey guys, game night starts at [10 PM] don't be late!"

I'm on several servers with international communities, and this would be super helpful for organizing events.
