"Find or start a conversation" possible improvements

As someone who uses discord for personal and business reasons I have a lot of contacts and am in a lot of serves. With friends who update their profile pictures all the time my easiest way of finding their private messages is to search their name. Here are some ways it could be improved to make it easier to find the people I'm looking for:

-Favorites option. On the friends list it has the options of Online, All, Pending, Blocked, and Add Friend. It would be helpful to have a favorites list to quickly find the people I message the most.

-Friends list first. When I type in the name "Kim" to message my best friend, every one with "Kim" in their name is listed from every server that has PMs open, which makes it difficult to find the one person I'm looking for. If friends were listed first and had a little star or something by their name it would be a lot easier to find them then reading every name.
