Blurring NSFW Profile Pictures

Instead of outright banning NSFW profile pictures, said pictures should be automatically blurred by default with an option to unblur for if the user can confirm they're at least 18 years of age.

  I personally think it should be that, if the user changes their profiles picture, it should check to see if it's sfw, if it detects that it's NSFW, it shows it a a default or the previous pfp, users over 18 can turn off the censorship on others with NSFW images for pfps
