Seperating Disconnect from Move in the role

well i've got a server in few years now i have + 100 members mostly i know but i wouldn't say close friends anyways so i have a request about something in the roles .. if you could please seperate the ability to move people from the ability to disconnect people would be really great i want to give people on my server the ability to move eachother in case someone wants to talk to someone in private .. but since that feature was attached to the disconnecting one i took it off from people cuz they started abusing it.. if you could please make them seperate from eachother please and thank you so much
