Role Exclusive Emoji Suggestion.

I'm currently building a server and I have a 16+ only category, I wanted to add in emojis that only people with the 16+ role can use and the 13+ role users can't even see it (Perhaps that could be an optional thing).
I don't know if it's been considered but I think it'd be cool to have.
