Emergency contact informaton

Recently experienced an individual I didn't know have a seizure over voice. Luckily we all acted quickly and contacted the common thread to the server, and we managed to get an ambulance out. However it raises the question of if there would be a way to approach emergency contact? Anonymity can be dangerous, especially if the individual lives alone and no one knows what's happening to them. Naturally an opt in service, and not sure on the pitfalls of an implementation of it. But I feel it could potentially save lives if used responsibly.
