Discord Stuck At Starting

AlfaPrototype

After updating, Discord won't get past the Starting... screen.

I've deleted the AppData in Local and Roaming, nothing work.

I'm on Windows 8.1 64-bit.

    I had this same issue with a new PC build.  The issue ended up being that in the "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Discord" folder the file "domainMigrated" was missing.  You can just create this file yourself if it is indeed missing from your installation as well.  The file should not have any file extension and it is an empty file.  My assumption is without this file the app is still trying to connect to "discordapp.com" instead of their new domain "discord.com".  I've also submitted a ticket with Discord today to document the issue officially with them.
