Account unfairly banned

Dear Discord...

I want to notify that they no longer respond to my emails, nor my messages I want to see if they read here, my account was banned 1 week ago for an alleged fraud that I have not committed, I have not committed it at all and they still ban it, do you think that is correct that ?, I'm not even from the United States, I'm from Mexico.
At least see what we users tell you!
It seems that they do not care about our problems on their platform, no wonder other people speak badly of you and go to another platform, I was going to recommend Discord to some friends but it seems that it will not be like that, at least respond to my messages and help me, remove the ban, which is unfair.

    To be honest with you I went through this you’re not responding your account probably gonna be deleted apparently within two weeks to a month of after your account being disabled it deletes it so I’d say it’s best to just try to get as much data back as you can
