12-hour Clock Option for English (UK) PLEASE!
In Canada our English is closer to that of the UK but I can't use it as in Canada we use the 12-hour clock primarily and I can't do the math in my head at all due to my Dyslexia!
Please for the love of god allow us to have the option to have a 12-hour clock with the English (UK) setting!
I'm sick of adding words to the US dictionary! DX

My mum who likes to use discord to connect with family recently suffered a stroke and cannot read 24-hour time very well. Please consider adding a time format option for accessibility's sake.
Switching to US English does fix it, but then we have to deal with incorrect spelling and different date format.3 -
Good news, they recently changed UK to be 12 hour
Unfortunately that means there's no longer any 24 hour options for English-3
