Add ability for the server owner to give someone co-owner.

Create a permission called "Co-Owner" and it will be a bit like admin but obviously its Co-owner. Giving this permission to a role the people with the role have the same permissions as the server owner, like enabling 2FA for moderation and stuff like that.

    I was just about to request this but then I saw this and many other threads about this, I think it would be a good idea. As some servers do have 2 owners and theres no way for Discord to distinguish that, I think it would be nice if they did have this so like for example you'd be able to give roles higher than your highest role (a thing thats amazing to have but certain few of my managers have the same permission levels as me which can make it complicated at times). It would also be a good thing so that partnered server co-owners would also be recognized as a Discord Partner!
