can't communicate and java error

I loaded discord to use with table top simulator it won't setup n either of my PC laptops and gives me a java error message in %appdata% and I cannot delete discord in the local folder as a file is in use somewhere see attached image. In browser mode I can see my account but cannot link up with sound with mt invited friend. Any ideas anyone  - please.

    This morning I got same error when discord was loading at startup:

    I just clicked OK and launched discord via icon. But the problem persists. I just rebooted my PC and got this error again. Therefore, I launched discord manually (via icon) again.

    For you: try to deleted discord via control panel and then install it again (maybe you should try to launch installer with administrator's rights).
