Discord Core missing and uninstall will not work

I notice other people seem to have the same error notification when trying to open discord for it to update, but everyone says to uninstall it but I do that then reinstall it and it still will not work

    Are you sure that you uninstalled it correctly? I mean, with all of its leftovers, so that you could perform a clean installation? I just recommend reading the step-by-step guide about complete removal of Discord on a Mac.
