Дискорд нитро не активировался

Я активировала дискорд нитро, которое мне подарили, но у меня его нет. До того как активировать у меня уже было дискорд нитро и заканчивалось 03.10.19(в этот же день я и активировала подарок, но нитро не продлилось)
