Private Messaging Boards

I am an admin to a server used for GoS. We have a main server for the whole of A259 and then each union has their own discord server to for their own members. For the main server I would like to create a message board for each union that gives the UL and DL permission to see post added by anyone for them but block everyone else from reading message history. UL and DL change often and a lot of people go looking for who that is at the time to send them a message. I wanted to create a section to help with this. For example. Union 1 -player 1- I would like to ask you a question about.... -union leader- sees message and can respond. -player 2- 'can not see previous messages' I have a question about... -union leader- 'can see all messages and responses' -player 1- ' can not see messages from player 2 or past message history once switching channels' I hope that makes sence....
