Attenuate other speakers when I speak

My streaming friend refuses to use headphones. Any way I can get a feature like in TeamSpeak where I can have it lower my volume when he speaks? This helps reduce my own voice echoing back in his stupid microphone because he isn't wearing headphones. I see the option to attenuate other applications, which helps lower the game echoing back in his microphone, but I want it to also lower the volume of myself and other speakers.

  nevermind! I found a way: priority speaker. Create a role on the server for priority speakers, and enable the priority speaker option for the role. Then, the priority speaker has to set his push to talk keybind to the special (priority speaker) version of it.

  There's a role permission called "Priority speaker",might help you out
