Always display timestamp when its 13:37
13:37 ist the most important time of the day. It should proudly be presented as an extra line even in relaxed mode.
No reason to merge it into a cluster of messages sent a few minutes before.

It seems like this issue has not been solved so far? I almost lost a game to it. Unacceptable!
