Chat notification suggestions

A couple things. When I'm talking to someone and I have sent a message before that they didn't respond to, the newest message won't get a notification. I understand this is probably a feature to keep people from being spammed with excess messages, but certain circumstances need to make sure both parties get a message. I suggest there be an option when right clicking someone's name to "Always get notifications for this person." So messages will always be sent and notified regardless.

Another suggestion is, in busy discords, there are usually notifications going out to roles sometimes more often than to individual people. I would like to see messages sent to @Person have a different color and spot next to an icon than messages sent to @role. This would make it easier for someone to realize they have an important message just for them.
