Solarized Theme

Discord's default dark theme is not accessible for people with astigmatism. Light mode is a decent alternative, but can be too bright at times. Please implement both the dark and light variants of Ethan Schoonover's Solarized color palate.

  Wow! I never thought about it before, but yes, the light Solarized theme would work great for Discord!

  An important side note for any devs not familiar with solarized: it's an open framework.  Just a dude who did a bunch of research about color contrast and how it effects vision over long exposure periods.  Of course, you COULD just include (say in developer mode) the ability for us to adjust colors however we'd like by defining the various variables with hex code.
