Setting for maximum volume from each user (Upgraded volume settings)

It would be very usefull, if we could adjust maximum volume on every user. I will explain why classic volume managment should be upgraded. The thing is, some users got very bad/silent mics, and im pretty much forced to adjust the user for maximum volume. Those bad microphones are bad on catching a speech, but quite loud when someone hitting/disconecting/coughing on it. Its causing earrape and its really uncomfortable! Telling people to use push-to-talk/mute isnt a good solution.

So i think it would better if we could set maximum volume from each user (or maybe in general). Maybe second slider near the average volume control will do.

  I second this, my ears were just assaulted and I came here to make this post but you beat me to it.  I think there should also be an application wide max volume that no server, user, or anything should go over to prevent earrape
