Emoji editer

I want an proper emoji editer on discord. It's not impossible to make it work, they have an semi okay one on mobile apps. Why not on the desktop application? A proper cropper, editer that can help you with transparency, sizing options, image combining etc etc. 

I also would like too add that I'd enjoy if I could choose if I want my emoji to be small or normal sized. What I mean by that is if you add an emoji before, after or mid text, it will be resized too a smaller version. Which can be annoying sometimes cause my favorite emojis turns so small I can't even see them. I want to have the ability to choose if I want it to be smal or normal sized.
