Movable desktop notifications

I would love there to be some more customization to the desktop notifications (not the overlay ones, the regular ones). I often find them being in the way of chatboxes (like on Twitch) or other services. Would be amazing if there could be an option to move them to other corners (like for the overlay ones), or even another screen. Since i often look on my aux screen and not my primary.

 Oh yeah, and maybe some way to customize the colors on them, they often "disappear" in other dark mode windows.
