Voice Channels Should Optionally Be Able To Require Push-to-Talk
So there you are, sitting in a voice channel with a whole bunch of other people, going through a raid or whatever and enjoying yourself. But then, you hear it. The long sluuuurp of someone taking a drink while simultaneously eating their mic, among a handful of snacks to boot. Or they're trying to have a Youtube concert without headphones. Or they're shouting at their inconsiderate roommates being too loud while they're trying to raid dagnabit! And then, you mention it politely to try and resolve the assault on your ears and psyche peacefully, only for them to find the entire situation hilarious and proceed to do it more, and more annoyingly.
Voice channels should have the option to require Push-to-Talk in order to actually speak in a channel. Don't want to setup PTT? That's fine, you can still listen - but if you want to be able to respond you'll need to go through that massive effort of holding down a single keybind.

I should clarify - this should be a setting beyond the current design of setting the Voice Activity permission on roles or individuals. There should be an option akin to Overview -> Require PTT, that override any configured (or unconfigured) role/user permissions.

I would love this option. I have heard WAY too many people vaping into their mics, getting yelled at by their parents, letting their dogs bark madly - all while trying to raid or whatever.
