Server Rules Improvement
This is my first time posting here so please don't jump on me when this topic was requested before, declined, or other.
I notice that some users in channels don't follow the server rules which can get really annoying when you got a troll in your server. Currently, almost every server has a channel to display their own rules. But this could be improved by allowing users inside their Server Settings to add the rules in there and as soon as a member joins, a pop-up message shows the rules and that he must agree to them before completely joining the server. This allows 'server owners' to bring a little bit more order to their server as not everyone hops on the rules channel and reads through them.

I were just talking to the owners of one of the Server I help run about this, especially with the new community server stuff and more focus on those servers having a rules channel it would be nice to have an more "mainstream" way to implement it. If users who didn't accept them were also not counted as "joined users" in the retention stats that would also make sense.
But yes, having a mainstream way for all servers to implement their rules would be so much better and users would be more inclined to understand how to gain access to servers who use reactions to accept.
