Speed racing functionality

Have you guys ever seen the speed racing community on twitch? Speedgaming ect. They use an IRC client to speedrace, which is extremely outdated. Basically you join the lobby and type a command .ready and eventually the race gets started. Is it possible to add this functionality to discord? The stats also link to a website to track stats ect. It would be awesome to have a feature like this built into discord.
