per server custom commands as lvl 4 boost perk

I was thinking that for level 4 of server boosts, servers could gain access to custom commands. Like /shrug and /tableflip. Server admins could then specify new commands that output things like server emotes and things. And possibly do things like /like which would add a like reaction to the last message in the channel. I think this could be very useful for moderation as well, because you could do moderation commands and things like that. Also, being able to specify the roles that are allowed to use each command would be a plus.
