Add the ability to lock a channel for x person once they've posted?

Hi team,

I run a large Discord community along side several other people, and have several advertisement channels, that we allow users to post in, which we regularly have to moderate, as we have specific terms and conditions that the users need to follow.

For example, with general advertisements, it's 1 per week.
For VTC adverts, it's 1 per week.
For Livestream advertisements, it's 1 per day.

Would there be any chance that you could implement a system that allows server administrators to add a lock down for specific users once they've posted, to stop them posting for another week for example?

Would love to see if this is possible!
