Character limit in DMs

What to do: Have an unlimited character limit in DMs and allow servers to set their own limits Reason: Alright I completely get the current cap of 2,000 characters, but I copy and paste a lot of writing and articles and other things like that so I think it would be great if we lifted the cap in DMs and a great feature would be is to allow servers to make their own limits.
