Video hosting but only in APP

I have a way better idea:
Since the FTC is messing everything up for us streamers and content creators on youtube, I think the next best option for us is to upload directly to Discordapp. I don't mean on phone, I mean from PC, or the app too, but I think the best place to stream it would be IN APP ON PC. That way, no one can complain about their little joey just having a link. It would be a direct link to said Discordian (MY WORD ™), where it would take you say like "discord.app/tarrabyte" and it would ONLY open in app, BUT if you have say over 100 subs or followers it would allow you to upload directly from the discordapp.com. 

Streaming should ONLY be allowed VIA Discordapp itself, why? This way there is no way for anyone to see what content is where without being on the app, no one will be able to complain. Same rules still apply for some content. But it needs to be based on it's follows. If you remember Vid.me, it was going great, I would pay out a few bucks a year to support a feature like this. If you have follows that are helping the content, EVEN BETTER. 

I think what would help the most is ad revenues and sponsorships and so on. I know, some people are likely asking "what about hosting?" I'll let discord figure that out. Also We need to be able to have as much free time as possible. And if this WORKS more than anything PLEASE give us "continue from [time]" selector.
