New button for turn on/off all sounds notifications in settings

That would be great if we had the possibility to turn on/off all sounds notifications with just one button in settings.

    I've turned off the sound for everything and yet, blip bloop still comes through. Can't stand it - especially when at work...looking forward to a fix then I can come back
