Fix the shrug emoji - it looks really weird

Consciously, I realize the Discord shrug emoji is *probably supposed* to have two eyes, a nose and a mouth.  But this artist's rendition always looks like the face is actually just two eyes and a mouth, with a weirdly-round neck that shows an angry red mole.

I think the real problem is that the nose looks like a mouth.  Please just give the nose a vertical line or something, to make it look less like a mouth.
