Self hosted voice relay (TURN/STUN) servers

Hello discord team,

We are here (Uzbekistan, Tashkent) own little gaming club, where we mostly compete against each other on local LAN.

For team communication we use Discord. But the problem is latency to the closest server (Russia) is about 70-150 ms and it is frustrating when we experience such delays when game/local ping is 1-5 ms.

It would be great to have option to use our/self hosted voice relays (turn/stun) to eliminate such delays.
