Internal Link to another Channel

I am looking for a way to link another channel to a message.

 

I am admin on a server and I need to put a link to another channel at the end of a message. This way I can add a linke in Chapter 1 like "Continue reading in Chapter 2"

    I found the answer.

    It is #[name]

     

    In my case:

    Continue reading in #chapter-2
