The new update makes me uncomfortable.

Not being funny here, the whole update makes me uncomfortable using discord. I can hardly talk to my friends because i hate looking at the damn text. The spacing between the text box and the messages is terrible and the hover feature is distracting and unneeded? I just want to talk to my friends without suffering lol. So tell me discord, what the hell were you thinking?

How does cluttering everything together make it less cluttered?
