Undo the UI update

Just adding on to the pile of requests to unclutter the UI. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't bring up some little pop up every time I move my mouse over a message. Squishing all the messages together like you did makes this even worse. Just change it back. I don't react to posts so I don't need recommended reactions.
