Cancelling request and nitro issues

    Did you get this figured out? I was billed last night and didn't know until afterward that it happened, had I known or been reminded I would have cancelled Nitro. Now I'm getting emails from support that keep asking me to "reply from the same email associated with the account" to cancel it.  I've replied twice and still don't know if it's a bot replying to me or a person.
