Why are the time settings not adjusting to my location and computer time, and why cant i find a setting to change it?

Discord help has been useless, i made my account in US central but i live now US pacific and my computer time has been adjusted long ago but discord is weird with no time inputs and not updating to real time. The app even says "tommorrow at 1:42" when its 11:42, like what? I time travel now but i dont want to.
