Can I check my server(i.e. channel) users' downlode log?

Dear Manager,

  Greetings. Recently I realized that there is such a great app as Discord.

  In fact, trying to open a channel and share it with my friends, I wonder how I can track my server visitors (i.e. others in my channel)' action, especially what they keep in their storage. I upload some images and short video clips during the game play, running my discord server, and I guess some of my uploaded data would be widely spread to the visitors and some others not. So, if I can, I want to know how many people download which data of mine on the server and who downloaded it. Is there a database in Discord to manage such a download history of each user? If so (or not), what can I do to carry on?
