Live streaming pretends I have the worst internet connection
I want to report that the screen sharing feature is not working at all for me. However, this is "new". I think 3 months ago this all went very smoothly.
When I try to go live on discord to stream a game or just show my screen to friends, the streaming is not working at all, meaning that the image is not refreshing and people only see the first frame when I went live. When changing my settings to 420p 15fps occasionally the image refreshes (every 20s or so).
Of course now you will think my upload is the problem. But it isnt. I have 10 Mbit/s upload bandwidth and 50 Mbit/s down. I can stream easily 1080p on Twitch or Steam with 4000kbit/s upstream.
When I use discord's debug feature for the connection, I see it reporting available outgoing bitrate to be 150 kbit/s. What the actual f* is going on?
Oh and in case you want to suggest a reinstallation of discord, I already did that, thanks. Please only reply with helpful or issue explaining answers. Dont give me that lame customer service everyday drivel, I'm a software engineer.
Update:
I also tried discord on linux (ubuntu) and screen sharing works like a charm there. So its probably a windows related problem.

I'm also experiencing this issue, though the number is different: 357.49 Kbps available outgoing bitrate. I can stream 1080p just fine using other video chat services, and I have 100Mbps upload and a wired connection.
