Preventing voice channel harassment by channel entry rules

This would eliminate the need for administrators to try to figure out harassment claims. The harassed simply clicks the setting described below and thereafter they never have the harasser enter a voice room they are in.

Have a room "dibs" switch. If B thinks C is harassing B or even if B simply doesn't enjoy being in conversations with C, then B adds C to B's "dibs" list.

Then, if B enters a voice channel that C isn't in, then C can't enter that channel as long as B is in it.

Perhaps B could still see if C is in a voice channel and decide whether B wants to give C another chance and enter the channel and try another conversation.

But if B is in a channel first, nobody on B's "dibs" list can enter the channel. They can enter any other channel.

Would be trouble if B got friends and they all put C on their "dibs" list and then each entered a different voice channel on the server, in fact all of the voice channels on the server, because then there would be no channels left for C to enter. But, if that is unlikely or if an administrator could kick them out upon seeing what they are doing, it may not be much of a problem.
