How to cancel nitro gift when you’ve already gifted someone

Today I gifted someone nitro classic, but I forgot to cancel the monthly subscription before I gifted it. Now I want to cancel it so it doesn’t renew, how can I do it?

    when you gift someone Discord Nitro it doesn't Auto renew it just gives them one month or one year
