See where a notification is coming from on Discord.com

Very often I'm either on YouTube or Twitter and then I suddenly hear the discord notification sound. I quickly go to the Discord site I always have open on the side and I can't tell which server that sound just came from.

When joining a server, the defaults very often are to notify me about all messages, but it's so low on activity at the start that it takes a lot of activity until I realize that's the server that's giving me an ear-ache. It would be really helpful to either, A: have some easy way to see where our most recent notifications came from or B: a screen within general settings to manually see and set our notification settings within ALL of the server's we're currently in (also setting default settings instead of letting the mods decide would be nice)
