Organizing Messages

An idea that I'm sure lots of people will love. The ability for staff members/people with manage messages permissions to organize messages. What I mean by this is:

Say there was a rules channel. Let's say in that rules channel, you posted the rules first, and then after that you posted some punishment system. Now pretend you're like "dang it, I want the punishment system on the top and the rules on the bottom." That's when you can organize your messages to switch the locations of the two to make it how you want it!

This was just an example, but I'm sure this would be a great feature that server owners would love to see!

    first off, that can be abusive because of spam. second off, you can always delete the message and repost it.
