can discord actually listen to what their users want

bug

i've seen multiple complaints on many different topics and A LOT on the same ones. the only changes i've seen been made are for the feedback posts that have over 20,000 upvotes. there is multiple complaints on the same problem here that they don't seem to be fixing or doing anything to make discord users experiences better and its honestly really annoying. does discord even check the feedback unless the post is populated with upvotes?

    from what I have seen in this forum... no. it's an unmoderated void that people get sent to so they can tell their issues / feedback to the nothingness.

    e.g. I have a post that is pending approval for more than a month now.

    They can't listen to what you are saying if they aren't in the call, unless someone in the voice call is recording the call and sends the recording to them. They can also join the voice chat without you hearing or knowing, but they'd have to be muted and you didn't hear the “ding” when they joined.
